Autumn and the constant changes in the weather can have a huge impact on our resilience.

Make a body scrub with the BEWIT Breath essential oil blend. It can help you breathe when you're gasping for air or when you´re coming down with something.

YOU WILL NEED:

7 drops of BEWIT Breath essential oil blend

A piece of cloth - for 1 bag approx. 15 cm x 25 cm

Ribbon or string

Filler - hollow fiber or cotton wool

Needle

Thread

Scissors

PROCEDURE

Cut out a rectangle from a piece of fabric.

Fold it in half and sew the bottom and sides.

Leave the third part open so that the bag can be filled.

Put a sufficient amount of filler in the bag and put 7 drops of a mixture of essential oils on it.

Tie the bag with a ribbon or string.

You can hang the bag over your bed or place it under your pillow.

It will also be a great companion on trips to work or wherever you need it.

TIP 1: The bags serve as a small Christmas gift. Their manufacture is quick and easy. You can always choose essential oils considering preferences of the person who you have got the present for.

And if you want to donate something bigger, add the essential oil bottle itself.
